 Cold Weather Reminders: Have you checked your heat tape recently? Heat tape that is in working condition will prevent water line freeze in the winter which could result in expensive broken water lines under your home. All underpinning should be place to prevent higher heating bills. You may have to purchase ice melt for your deck area and invest in a new snow shovel for your deck and sidewalk areas. Don't forget to unhook your garden hose from your outside faucet.

Holiday Refuse Collection Schedule for City of Columbia:

New Years Day, Martin Luther King Holiday, Memorial Day, July 4th Holiday, Labor Day, Thankgiving Day,and Christmas Day.

Refuse collection will be delayed one day after the holiday for the remainder of that week.
